  • Tags: All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear
  • Underwear
  • Face masks
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

How to Return Your Item(s)

  2. Pack Your Items: Carefully package your items in the original packaging or a secure box to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Return Shipping: You will receive a pre-paid return label (if applicable). Simply attach the label to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping carrier.
  4. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned items, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size or item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is approved and processed.
  • Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a return and provide you with a replacement or full refund.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered safely.
